Community Housing Innovations, Inc. owns and manages over 600 units of homeless and affordable housing, approximately 350 of which are in Westchester, 36 in Dutchess and 95 units in Ulster County. The agency has successfully combined state, federal and local grants with private bank financing to create cost-effective solutions to the affordable housing crisis.
