Register for a FREE Homebuyer Orientation – You MUST attend a Homebuyer Orientation in order to apply for the Home Ownership Grant Program.
Additional orientations will be posted shortly.
Learn about CHI’s grants, services, the steps to homeownership, and the resources available to you. This session will also help you decide if homeownership is right for you. At the end of the seminar, if you decide to continue the process of buying a home, each potential buyer must complete an intake form and submit the necessary documents before scheduling an initial One-on-One Counseling session.

Community Housing Innovations, Inc., under contract with the NYS Affordable Housing Corporation and the NYS Department of Housing and Community Renewal, has over 2.1 million for down payment assistance and rehabilitation for those who qualify.
